Past projects
Cool pavement pilot project
The cool pavement pilot was designed to implement a new, light-colored pavement coating that increases surface reflectivity and mitigates the urban heat effect.
The Rob and Melani Walton Sustainability Solutions Service was established in 2012 as a program within the Rob and Melani Walton Sustainability Solutions Initiatives. This portfolio of programs was made possible through the generous funding of the Rob and Melani Walton Fund within the Walton Family Foundation.
