Vikki Loles is a nonprofit communications consultant and ghostwriter who helps mission‑driven leaders and organizations communicate with clarity and impact. With more than 15 years of experience across countries and issue areas, she specializes in creating original content that moves audiences, mobilizes resources, and shapes public dialogue. Her work spans speechwriting, opinion pieces, short‑form documentaries, and large‑scale convenings. Vikki’s background in international relations informs her work on global challenges including women’s rights, youth unemployment, climate solutions, housing, and migrant workers’ rights. Based in Cape Town, she recently launched a collaborative communications taskforce uniting ten local organizations to advance city‑wide solutions to homelessness. Before transitioning to independent consulting, Vikki served as an Account Supervisor on the Social Impact team at Weber Shandwick, developing strategies and content for clients such as The Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and The LEGO Foundation. She previously led global program communications as Manager of Communications and Media Relations at Vital Voices.
