Aaron Kisner is the founder of Hundredth Monkey Collective, a strategic communications company specializing in connecting extraordinary ideas to target audiences. Through a powerful combination of public speaking, live events, storytelling, film, photography, and animation, he helps clients effectively change minds and inspire action.

Aaron has been involved with Vital Voices Global Partnership since 2005, working on-the-ground with women leaders in more than 30 countries across five continents. In the course of that work, he has conducted on-camera interviews with international luminaries including Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, heads of state and political leaders, business professionals, journalists, and celebrities as well as everyday people. Since 2017, he has served as the director of the Vital Voices Global Leadership Awards at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., where he ensures each speaker comes across as confident, comfortable, and truly compelling.
