Graduate students from the School of Public Affairs analyzed current workforce programs, identified gaps, and assessed opportunities for strategic growth and improved industry partnerships.
Undergraduate students from the School of Applied Professional Studies conducted a SWOT analysis, analyzed Porter’s Five Forces, performed internal and external environmental evaluations, and applied other strategic management tools to identify areas of improvement and produce project recommendations for ongoing evaluation to support long-term membership retention.

Entrepreneurial support
Graduate students from the School of Public Affairs assessed Tempe’s support for entrepreneurs by identifying service gaps, analyzing national best practices, evaluating the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, and developing evidence-based recommendations for services, infrastructure, and partnerships to strengthen the local business community.
