With over 200 members, the Global Locust Network has representatives from over 40 countries around the world who contribute expertise in integrated pest management, monitoring and forecasting, grasshopper and locust biology, landscape ecology, food security, social sciences and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of the beginning of 2021, the Network moved to an online private professional forum. This new platform allows members to connect directly with other research scientists, entrepreneurs, field technicians, non-profit professionals, students, professors, farmers and officials from intergovernmental organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This online community allows participants to efficiently share events and opportunities, participate in discussions and make new connections for future collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
