We are a multidisciplinary group of researchers, educators, and students—united in our interest in the human role in urban, Arctic, drylands, and other contexts—representing various programs, schools, and colleges of Arizona State University. Scholars from these various degree programs take part in ESSA by adding a complementary set of transdisciplinary action-oriented learning opportunities in earth system science to their chosen graduate degree programs. Together, we are part of a network of leading scholars who collaborate worldwide.
